- Every document checked for the format each university actually accepts
- Statements and references prepared early, not the night before
- Portals filled in and submitted for you, with copies kept
- One tracker for every application, so nothing waits on a missing page
Overview
Applications are rejected far more often for being incomplete or inconsistent than for being weak. Different institutions want different documents, in different formats, uploaded to different portals, and a single missing attestation can hold a file for weeks while a deadline passes.
We build the file with you: the document set for each institution, a statement of purpose that says something specific about you rather than repeating the prospectus back to the admissions team, references that arrive on time and in the right format, and a final check that every name, date and mark matches across every document in the pack.
We then handle submission through each institution's portal, track the application, and pass on anything the institution asks for. If a decision needs a response — a conditional offer, a request for clarification, a deposit deadline — you hear about it while there is still time to act on it.
How it works
The application itself, handled properly. Most refusals we are asked to look at were avoidable — a missing document, a statement written for the wrong course, a deadline read as the wrong month.
Document checklist
One clear list per institution, with the formats, translations and attestations each one specifies.
Statement of purpose and essays
We help you draft and sharpen a statement that is specific to you and to the course.
References and supporting letters
Your referees are told exactly what is needed and by when, and we follow up until it arrives.
Consistency and accuracy check
Every name, date, mark and spelling is checked to match across the whole application.
Submission and tracking
We submit through the institution portal and follow the file until a decision is issued.
Offer response
Offer conditions and deadlines are explained before you accept, defer or decline.
What you get
-
One checklist, not five
Every institution has its own document rules; you get a single consolidated list instead.
-
A statement that sounds like you
Drafted with you and edited, never copied from a template or written on your behalf.
-
Errors caught before submission
Mismatched names, missing attestations and wrong formats are found while they can still be fixed.
-
Deadlines tracked for you
Application, document and deposit dates are held in one place and flagged before they arrive.
-
Offers explained in plain language
Conditions, deposits and deferral rules translated out of institutional wording.
Documents you will need
- Application form details — Personal, academic and contact details exactly as they appear on official records.
- Academic transcripts and certificates — Attested or certified copies where the institution requires them.
- Statement of purpose — A course-specific statement, redrafted until it reads as your own.
- Letters of recommendation — Usually two, on letterhead, signed and dated.
- Passport copy and photographs — To the size, format and background the institution or portal specifies.
What this leaves you with
An application that says what it should, arrives complete, and arrives in time.
- A statement of purpose in your own voice, aimed at the specific course rather than reused across a shortlist.
- Every document in the format and certification the institution asked for, checked against its own published list.
- References requested early enough that a referee has time to write something considered.
- One person tracking every application, so you know where each one stands.
Admissions officers read a great many applications. The aim here is not to make yours louder, but to remove every reason for it to be set aside.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes my statement of purpose?
You do, with help. We ask the questions, suggest a structure and edit your drafts, but the content has to be yours.
Admissions officers read thousands of these. A generic, templated or purchased statement is easy to spot, and being caught is far more damaging than a plainly written honest one.
Can I apply to more than one university at a time?
Yes, and most students should. A small, deliberate set of applications covering different levels of competitiveness is normal practice everywhere.
Some countries route undergraduate applications through a central system that limits how many choices you may enter at once. Where that applies to your destination, we will tell you before you start.
What happens if a university asks for extra documents?
We pass the request to you straight away, with a clear explanation of what is being asked for and by when.
Institutions often set a short window for these requests, which is why we watch the file rather than waiting for you to check the portal yourself.
Is an application fee payable?
Many institutions charge one and some waive it. Where it applies, it is paid to the institution, not to us.
We tell you which of your choices charge a fee, and how much, before you apply — so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
