These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website of C7oneworld Solutions Private Limited, trading as C7 One World Consultancy ("C7", "we", "us" or "our"), and to the counselling, admission, visa, test-preparation and related services we provide. By using our website or our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

We provide guidance and support to students who wish to study abroad, including career and course counselling, university and course shortlisting, application and documentation support, statement-of-purpose and résumé assistance, scholarship guidance, education-loan and forex assistance, visa guidance and documentation, pre-departure and post-landing support, and preparation courses for tests such as IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo, CELPIP, GRE, GMAT, the Digital SAT and French and German language examinations. The scope, fees and timelines of a particular service are those agreed with you in writing or shown against that service at the time you buy it.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Admission, scholarship, visa, loan and test-score decisions are made by universities, scholarship bodies, embassies and immigration authorities, lenders and test providers — not by us. We give our best professional guidance and support, but we do not and cannot guarantee an offer of admission, a scholarship, a visa, a loan, a particular test score or any other outcome. Processing times and requirements are set by those organisations and may change without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must give us complete, accurate and genuine information and documents, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
• You are responsible for meeting the deadlines, attending the interviews, tests and appointments, and paying the fees of universities, embassies, test providers and other third parties.
• Submitting false, misleading or forged information or documents can lead to refusal of an application or visa, and to a ban by the authorities concerned. We will not knowingly submit such material, and we may stop providing services if we believe it has been supplied.
• Where a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on the student's behalf.

4. Fees and payments

• Fees for our services and courses are those stated at the time of purchase or agreed with you in writing. Prices shown on the website are in Indian rupees and may change; the price that applies is the one confirmed when you enrol or pay.
• Offers and discounts are valid only for the period and on the terms stated with them.
• Fees charged by universities, embassies, visa centres, test providers, courier, translation, notary, bank and other third parties are separate and are payable by you directly or reimbursed to us.
• Applicable taxes are charged in addition, as required by law.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Unless your written agreement with us says otherwise, fees paid for work that has started or for course access that has been activated are generally not refundable. Any refund is at our discretion and in line with the refund terms given to you at the time of enrolment. Fees paid to third parties are subject to their own refund policies. Please contact us to discuss any cancellation.

6. Test-preparation courses

• Course access is for your personal use for the access period stated for that course, which begins when access is given to you.
• Login details must not be shared, and course material — including videos, tests and documents — must not be copied, recorded, resold or distributed.
• Class schedules, batches and instructors may change for operational reasons; we will tell you in good time where we can.
• Ratings, practice scores and course descriptions are provided as guidance; your actual test result depends on your own preparation and performance on the day.

7. Information on this website

We take care to keep the information on our website — including destinations, universities, courses, rankings, fees, scholarships, visa rules and the University & Course Finder and Comparison tools — accurate and up to date. However, universities, governments and other organisations change their requirements and charges frequently, and some figures are shown as approximate or "on request". The website is for general information only and is not a substitute for personalised advice or for checking the current position on the official website of the organisation concerned before you act on it.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website — for example by submitting false enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or collecting information about other users. We may block access where we see misuse.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website and of our courses — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website contains links to, and our services involve, third-party websites and organisations such as universities, embassies, test providers, lenders and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, services, policies or decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision made by a university, authority, lender, test provider or other third party; for delays or losses caused by them or by events outside our reasonable control; or for any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

12. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The Terms in force when you buy a service apply to that service, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first; please contact us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
